Personalized/Custom Orders: No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges. The Holy Connection specializes in personalized products and most products are processed when ordered. Please check spelling of names and any personalized messages sent. We will not issue refunds or returns for incorrect spelling, sizing or other mistakes on the customer's part. It is the responsibility of the customer to read all details of items and check before purchasing. If a mistake is made on the part of The Holy Connection, please contact us within 3 business days (M-F) of order being received. You may be asked to send the incorrect product back to us and we will then correct the problem and send a replacement or refund.

Non Custom Orders: If you need to return a non- personalized/custom order, please contact us within 3 business days (M-F) of receiving your order. We will give you a return number to put with your order before shipping it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error made to the order on the part of The Holy Connection. 

All items are shipped free. You will receive a comfirmation email with shipping company and tracking information, once your order ships.
